1. *No Smoking*: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the town home, patio, and pool areas.
2. *No Pets*: Pets are not allowed in the town home or on the property.
3. *No Parties/Events*: No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted without prior approval.
4. *Quiet Hours*: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighboring guests.
5. *Maximum Occupancy*: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in eviction.
*Check-in/Check-out*
1. *Check-in Time*: 4 PM
2. *Check-out Time*: 10 AM
3. *Early Check-in/Late Check-out*: Available upon request, subject to availability.
*Property Care*
1. *Trash/Recycling*: Please dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins.
2. *Pool/Hot Tub*: Use pool and hot tub facilities responsibly. No glass containers or diving.
3. *BBQ/Fire Pit*: Use BBQ and fire pit facilities responsibly. Clean up after use.
4. *Town Home Condition*: Leave the town home in the same condition as check-in.
*Guest Responsibilities*
1. *Key/Card*: Return keys/cards to designated spot upon check-out.
2. *Damages*: Report any damages or issues to management immediately.
3. *Lost/Stolen Items*: Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
4. *Compliance*: Guests must comply with all house rules and resort regulations.
*Additional Fees*
1. *Pool Heat*: $25/day (optional)
2. *Late Check-out*: $50/hour (after 10 AM)
3. *Excessive Cleaning*: $100 (if town home is left in poor condition)
4. *Damages*: Cost of repairs/replacement (if damages occur)
*Cancellation Policy*
1. *30+ Days*: Full refund
2. *15-29 Days*: 50% refund
3. *<15 Days*: No refund
