House Rules
. **No Smoking**: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the studio apartment and anywhere on the building premises. Please utilize designated smoking areas outside the building. Smoking vaping or use of marijuana at any time inside the property or illegal substances of any kind. will incur a charge for the amount of $250 to $400 US Dollars depending on the cleaning company's assessment.
2. **Maintain Peaceful Atmosphere**: To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly request that you refrain from hosting parties, loud gatherings, or events within the apartment.
3. **Respect Quiet Hours**: Please be considerate of our quiet hours, which are in effect from 10PM to 7AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly in shared spaces and hallways.
4. **Property Care**: We take great pride in our apartment, and we ask that you treat it with the utmost care. Any damages incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
5. **No Pets**: Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets in the apartment due to building regulations. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. A $500 penalty per stay will be applied if you bring pets to our units.
6. **Check-in and Check-out Times**: Check-in time is at 3PM, and check-out time is at 10AM. We appreciate your adherence to these times to facilitate a smooth transition for our next guest.
7. **Occupancy Limit**: The apartment is designed for a maximum of [10] guests. Please ensure that you do not exceed this limit for the safety and comfort of all occupants. In case we find out you have guests who were not mentioned in our communications and the rental agreement the fee for the extra guest will be $100 us Dollars.
8. **Child Safety**: Families with children are warmly welcomed. However, please supervise your children at all times, especially near windows and balconies to ensure their safety.
9. **Kitchen Use**: You are welcome to use the kitchen for light cooking. After use, kindly clean up and avoid leaving dirty dishes.
10. **Trash and Recycling**: Follow the provided recycling guidelines and dispose of trash in the designated bins located Inside the apartment.
11. **Energy Conservation**: To promote energy conservation, please turn off heating, cooling, and lights when not in use or when leaving the studio. If possible, set the temperature to 75 Degrees Fahrenheit before leaving.
12. **Security**: The main door does not automatically lock upon closing. Ensure the door is fully closed and locked when leaving the studio apartment and during nighttime for your safety. Please use the double lock when inside.
13. **Parking**: If parking arrangements are available, please use only the designated parking space. Notify us in advance if you require parking arrangements. Please park in designated areas only and follow any specified parking instructions. Do not block access routes or other vehicles, notify us if you are using the guest parking in front of the property, as we have a towing company patrolling the unit every night and taking away any cars that have no permission to park there.
14. **Appliance and Amenity Care**: Use all appliances and amenities with care. If you have any questions about their operation, do not hesitate to ask. Remember to turn off appliances and lights when not in use.
15. **Emergency Contact**: In the event of an emergency please dial 911 immediately. Your safety is our priority.
